My films are a vibrant prism that breaks down identity into a kaleidoscope of otherness, migration, diversity, motherhood and memory – reflecting my journey as a woman, mother and globetrotter who speaks seven languages. With a pinch of multicultural creativity and a spark of femininity, I love exploring the invisible, shedding light on underrepresented perspectives in cinema.

More than directing

I bring more than 15 years of experience across the audiovisual industry, as a writer, director, producer, editor and script supervisor.

I've developed and produced my own feature films, worked on international fiction productions and collaborated within demanding multicultural sets.

This gives me a perspective that goes beyond the director's chair: I understand story, performance, continuity, production, post-production and the practical realities of getting a film made.
